NetApp Storage/Dell EMC Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of NetApp Storage/Dell EMC Field Support Engineer.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about storage systems, has excellent technical skills, and enjoys working closely with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and expertise in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting NetApp/Dell EMC storage systems.
- Offer Level 1 and Level 2 support for NetApp storage systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot NetApp storage systems, including Data ONTAP and firmware upgrades.
- Monitor storage system performance, manage capacity planning, and perform performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Allocate storage resources, manage capacity planning, and ensure efficient storage utilization.
- Implement and manage data protection strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Work closely with customers to understand their storage needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of storage systems, including NetApp/Dell EMC.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers.
