We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandising Coordinator to support our team in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores.

This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include coordinating merchandise flow, ensuring timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

We drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights to maximize sell-through. We also support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new designers, negotiate commercial terms, develop long-term collaborations, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Requirements: 6 months experience in fashion merchandising, strong analytical ability, keen eye for fashion trends, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
