Job Role:
To drive recoveries on overdue loans by engaging with customers, negotiating settlements, and ensuring account closures.
- Contact delinquent customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage loan portfolios across different stages.
- Offer closure, settlement, or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
- Maintain calling discipline and track customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance standards are met in customer communication and data handling.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience through professional communication.
- Prepare and update call records and portfolio performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in collections or recoveries, preferably in personal, business, or auto loans.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or collections is essential.
- DRA Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recovery/settlement documentation and processes.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
