Key Role: Technology Product Coordinator

\Job Description:\

A skilled and organized Technology Product Coordinator is required to support the development and launch of innovative technology products. This role involves coordinating projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product documentation and backlogs, and assisting with product launches and quality assurance.

\

 

\Responsibilities:\
  • Project Coordination:\
  • Working closely with project managers to monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet deadlines.\
  • Communication & Collaboration:\
  • Serving as a point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between teams (product, design, engineering, marketing), and ensuring alignment on goals.\
  • Documentation:\
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of product features, specifications, and project plans.\
  • Quality Assurance:\
  • Assisting with testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product quality meets requirements.\
  • Product Backlog Management:\
  • Helping to maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs.\
  • Product Launch & Support:\
  • Assisting with product launches, releases, and post-launch activities like user training and support.\
  • Performance Monitoring:\
  • Helping to build and monitor product service performance metrics.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Project Management Skills:\
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.\
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.\
  • Technical Aptitude:\
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to grasp technical concepts.\
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:\
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.\
  • Organizational Skills:\
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
