Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bangalore.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Daily tasks include meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and providing regular sales reports.

- The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

-= The Sales Manager has to manage a team of BDM and ISRs in order to achieve the 10-12 Years Experience in sales strategy development and execution.

- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

- Proficiency in market research and sales reporting.

- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead a team.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in working as a Microsoft partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Owns the sales target of the team and help them achieve the target.

- Work in collaboration with Microsoft.

- Ability to onboard new team members in new territories and manage the team.

- Account Management.

- Contract Negotiations.

- Track the sales targets and provide the reports to Sr. Mgmt and Microsoft.

- Experience in selling solutions.
