Job Opportunity

A highly organized and driven coordinator is needed to join a business intelligence team in a remote hybrid model. This role supports the development and launch of innovative technology products with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

Working closely with project managers to monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

Serving as a point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between teams.

  • Documentation:

Maintaining detailed documentation of product features and specifications.

  • Quality Assurance:

Assisting with testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product quality meets requirements.

  • Product Backlog Management:

Helping to maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs.

  • Product Launch & Support:

Assisting with product launches, releases, and post-launch activities.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Helping to build and monitor product service performance metrics.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in a related technology role. Key skills include understanding agile methodologies, strong organization, and communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a SaaS environment and understanding of UX design.
