Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for project updates, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of product features, specifications, and project plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist with testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product quality meets requirements.
  • Product Backlog Management: Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs.
  • Product Launch & Support: Assist with product launches, releases, and post-launch activities like user training and support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help build and monitor product service performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to grasp technical concepts.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangements

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
