Job Title:Generative AI Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader in Generative AI to drive innovation and strategy within our organisation.

">Job Description:

As a key member of the AI engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications across various domains. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning, as well as experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other open-source frameworks like Mistral.

">Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other open-source frameworks such as Mistral.
  • Architect, design, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications across various domains.
  • Develop, experiment with, and validate Generative AI applications aligning with business objectives.
    • Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art generative AI models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model alignment techniques.
      • Integrate AI developments for productive use in existing workflows and solutions.
      • Contribute to continuously improve and optimize AI solutions to enhance their accuracy, scalability, optimize computational and cost efficiency, and compliance with rules and standards.
      • Drive initiatives in LLMOps, including prompt management, fine-tuning workflows, evaluation, monitoring, and versioning.
      • Implement robust ML algorithms and pipelines to support Generative AI functionality.
      • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and design.
      • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the AI team.
      • Stay ahead of the curve on research and innovation in generative AI and ML.
    Requirements:
    • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Generative AI or Large Language Models.
    • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
    • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning.
    • Proven expertise in Large Language Model Operations tools and techniques.
    • Experience in AI Agents and Agentic AI is an added advantage.
    • Experience with Pydantic, Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
    • Deep hands-on experience with Transformers and transformer-based architectures.
    • Programming proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, Huggingface, etc.).
    • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
