Lead AI Product Strategist

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and customer experience. You'll define product strategy, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our customers.

  • Achieve differentiation and leadership in the market through thorough analysis of competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards strategic growth.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.
  • Chart the product's lifecycle, ensuring a strategic roadmap from ideation to market launch.
  • Drive the next generation of intelligent customer engagement through AI-powered features.
