AI Leadership and Engineering Specialist

Are you an innovative AI leader with a passion for transforming clinical research through machine learning?

This role requires expertise in developing and deploying advanced AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing RAG workflows, working with GenAI models, and integrating vector stores.

Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python, LangChain, HuggingFace, and vector database integrations.
  • Experience with embedding techniques, cosine similarity, and top-k retrieval.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI models (e.g., Gemini Flash 2.5, GPT-4, Claude).
  • Knowledge of biomedical ontologies (UMLS, SNOMED CT, MeSH) and EDC systems.
Project Execution:
  • End-to-end execution of AI projects: scoping, design, development, deployment, monitoring.
  • Proven experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms: AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Define and drive AI strategy aligned with clinical and regulatory objectives.
