Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of the project planning group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project scheduling, including developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools;">
  • Manage resource allocation and labor costs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;">
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers, senior management, and clients;">
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field;">
  • At least 3 years of experience in project scheduling and project management;">
  • Strong expertise in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project;">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;">

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is an asset;">
