Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring their successful and timely completion. The role requires strong leadership in project planning, execution, and risk management to meet strategic business objectives without delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mobilize, and manage assigned projects to ensure zero delays and on-time completion by implementing robust project management methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, aligning with the company's vision.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and implement effective mitigation plans (including CAPA) to minimize losses.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects, leveraging collaboration tools for seamless communication.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies, promoting innovation and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and contractual obligations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
