Graygraph Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage projects, establish relationships with clients and departments.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee project execution, develop professional connections with key stakeholders and ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and develop strategic partnerships with personnel and clients
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate account growth and retention planning
- Oversee client receivables and achieve customer objectives defined by company management
- Document all client requests and comments for timely feedback and follow-up actions
- Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to assess performance and customer needs
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management
- Strong relationship-building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural)
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office applications
