Procurement Lead

This position requires expertise in vendor management, cost control, contract negotiations, and procurement planning specific to the retail or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Establish procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, analyze cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with budgetary controls.
  • Develop long-term sourcing strategies for key categories like construction materials, interiors, furniture, fixtures, and retail-related inventories.
  • Manage procurement risks by evaluating suppliers' financial health, delivery performance, and quality benchmarks.
  • Implement technology-driven procurement solutions, ERP systems, and dashboards to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all supplier contracts and procurement activities.
  • Regularly report procurement performance, cost savings, supplier scorecards, and procurement KPIs to top management.
