Professional VisionPLUS Developer Wanted Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled VisionPLUS Developer to support our projects in the ANZ, Fiserv, or Proactive portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in VisionPLUS modules and be well-versed in credit card domain functionalities, system integration, and payment processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications built on VisionPLUS (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, CTS, etc.)
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver robust and scalable payment solutions
  • Perform system analysis, requirement gathering, and impact analysis for change requests
  • Develop and maintain batch and online programs, COBOL/JCL, and VisionPLUS exits
  • Participate in system testing, integration testing, and performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4 to 10 years of hands-on development experience in VisionPLUS
  • Proficient in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM
  • Strong experience in one or more of the following VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, ITS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of VisionPLUS exits, user exits, and enhancements
  • Exposure to ANZ, Fiserv, or Proactive platforms preferred
  • Experience in payment card processing or credit card domain is a must
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
