Software Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of solutions on the VisionPLUS platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing technical designs that meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the development process.
- Creating test plans for unit testing, regression testing, system testing, and production parallel testing.
- Conducting technical walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Supporting system testing and resolving technical issues encountered by QA.
- Implementing high-priority and critical changes using Cobol, JCL, and VSAM.
- Managing change requests for implementing changes and owning them until closure.
- Providing regular project status updates to project managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Vision PLUS, specifically CMS.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of ASM, VMx, and Mainframe technologies.
- Major skills include ASM, VMx, and Proficiency in Cobol, JCL, SYNCSORT.
- Minor skills include Mainframe technical skills, CICS, and Familiarity with Cobol, JCL, SYNCSORT.
