Senior VisionPLUS DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Senior VisionPLUS developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our core payment systems. This role requires deep expertise in FAS and VMx modules, with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks and ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements and solutions within VisionPLUS FAS and VMx modules.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to online transactions, batch processing, and overall system functionality.
  • Performance Tuning: Participate in system performance optimization, infrastructure planning, and capacity management to maintain efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, share best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to high coding standards.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, automation, and application support practices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of strong, hands-on development experience in VisionPLUS platform.
  • Modules: Advanced expertise in both FAS (Financial Authorization System) and VMx modules.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of CICS concepts, JCL, and batch processing in VisionPLUS environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical technical challenges.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring, guiding teams, and ensuring quality-driven development practices.
