We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS developer with strong expertise in credit card processing systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of VisionPLUS modules, mainframe systems, and proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.

The successful candidate will work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications in the VisionPLUS product suite within the credit card processing domain. This includes working extensively on CMS and FAS modules with a strong understanding of VisionPLUS online architecture.

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving online issues efficiently and providing root cause analysis. Additionally, the candidate will utilize VMx/WNGSFM platforms for system operations and development tasks.

A key aspect of this position is working with CICS in an online transaction processing environment. The candidate must also manage software changes using z/OS Software Change Management tools such as Endevor and Changeman.

This role requires designing and developing solutions for medium complexity problems ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a DevOps & Agile delivery model is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-12 years of core development experience in VisionPLUS within the credit card processing domain.
  • Proficiency in CMS and FAS modules.
  • Hands-on experience with VMx/WNGSFM.
  • Strong knowledge of CICS and VisionPLUS online architecture.
  • Proficiency in Endevor and Changeman for change management.
  • Experience in designing, coding, and implementing medium complexity solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
