About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Senior VisionPLUS Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our core payment systems. This position requires deep expertise in the FAS and VMx modules, with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks and ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the platform.Key Responsibilities :- Design & Development : Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements and solutions within VisionPLUS FAS and VMx modules.- Problem Resolution : Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to online transactions, batch processing, and overall system functionality.- Performance Tuning : Participate in system performance optimization, infrastructure planning, and capacity management to maintain efficiency and reliability.- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, share best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to high coding standards.- Process Improvement : Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, automation, and application support practices.Qualifications :- Experience : 8 to 10 years of strong, hands-on development experience in VisionPLUS platform.- Modules : Advanced expertise in both FAS (Financial Authorization System) and VMx modules.- Technical Skills : Strong working knowledge of CICS concepts, JCL, and batch processing in VisionPLUS environments.- Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical technical challenges.- Leadership : Proven experience in mentoring, guiding teams, and ensuring quality-driven development practices (ref:hirist.tech)
