We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team. As a Financial Controller – EPC, you will play a key role in supporting and overseeing financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans and forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
  • Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare regular reports for senior management review.
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare management information reports and support audits, internal controls, and financial reviews.
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align financial goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management principles.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
