In this role, you'll provide technical expertise on escalated support issues, collaborating with various teams and using tools to diagnose challenges and find solutions for internal and external customers.

Typical Functions:

  • You'll know our product inside out and use SQL queries to research customer issues.
  • As an escalation point, you'll investigate issues beyond initial support.
  • You'll work closely with the Implementation team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication and coordination with colleagues are essential.
  • You may mediate meetings with clients and third-party vendors.
