We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of innovative Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vlocity, with expertise in OmniScripts, Data Raptors, cards, integration procedures, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic for complex business processes.
  • Craft scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Oversee integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery timelines and coordinate with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  • Be Vlocity certified.
