A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, with experience in software or CRM industry being a plus. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies is also essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proficiency in testing frameworks, automation tools, and version control systems.
