Salesforce Architecture Lead

As a Salesforce architecture lead, you will drive the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions. This involves leading solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds, defining architecture patterns and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives, conducting technical design sessions, and presenting architectural approaches.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and optimising enterprise customer Salesforce orgs is essential. Experience with Salesforce migrations, systems integrations, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, security, data modeling, and performance tuning is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture discussions and define scalable architecture patterns and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct technical design sessions and present architectural approaches

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning
