Business Process Expert - Salesforce CPQ

We seek a skilled professional to harmonize business requirements and technical capabilities.

  • Deliver thorough analysis of functional gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions aligned with sales processes such as quoting, pricing, contracts, order management, billing, and provisioning.
  • Provide expertise in user adoption through training and continuous enhancements.
  • Design and execute test plans including UAT and manage epics, features, and stories in project management tools.
  • Identify downstream impacts (billing, provisioning, revenue recognition) and maintain an agile product backlog.
  • Oversee releases ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and software development life cycles.

Key Skills:

  • 5-6 years of experience with Salesforce implementation having strong CPQ and Billing expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Revenue processes, relational databases, configuration lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
