Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous QA professional with strong expertise in testing various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring product quality, identifying issues early, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Perform comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loyalty platforms for correct functionality of user journeys, points accumulation, redemptions, and reward mechanisms.
  • Conduct thorough mobile app testing on Android and iOS (UI/UX, compatibility, installation, push notifications).
  • Test REST APIs for request/response validation, authentication, performance, and error handling.
  • Document test strategies, test plans, and detailed bug reports to facilitate issue resolution and product improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues and enhance product stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience testing websites, mobile apps, and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, or similar.
  • Aptitude for cross-browser and cross-device testing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing media-heavy websites (video streaming, CMS-driven platforms).
  • Familiarity with loyalty systems (reward points, redemption flows, gamification features).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in QA/testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
