Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales and account management professional to lead the expansion of our key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of technology solutions, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to expand revenue streams.
- Technical Understanding: Leverage a strong understanding of technology solutions to address client needs effectively.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution implementation.
- Negotiation and Reporting: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and other commercial discussions to secure long-term partnerships. Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, in the IT/technology services industry.
- Skills: Proven ability in account mining, upselling, and cross-selling. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Management: Experience managing large enterprise accounts and interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
