Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data across all revenue management levers, including pricing, promotion, assortment mix, and trade investment.
  • Lead the aggregation and harmonization of data to form the backbone of revenue analytics.
  • Collaborate with market cluster leads to understand market dynamics and incorporate market feedback into analyses.
  • Develop advanced revenue management insights by leveraging analytics tools and techniques.
  • Integrate insights and comprehensive summaries for revenue tower leads and leaders.
  • Improve understanding of pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and trade investments through data-driven decision making.
  • Develop observations and insights for each analysis in the revenue playbook and synthesize insights across analyses to create a storyline of opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail analytics, category management, or revenue management.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience working with large data sets and expertise in CPG, consulting, or GBS organizations.
  • Experience in any of the revenue management lever practices, including pricing, promo, assortment, and trade investment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python, R.
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent competency in MS Excel and experience managing complex, incomplete, and inconsistent datasets.
