International Sales Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Head to join our team at Almighty HRD Consultants.

This is a full-time role that requires a leader with up to 30 years of experience in international sales and business development. The position involves crafting and executing sales strategies, expanding the global market footprint, and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development and market expansion initiatives. They will also possess excellent negotiation skills, effective cross-cultural communication skills, and leadership experience in managing and inspiring sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Research and analyze global market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • 15-25 years of experience in international sales and business development.
  • Proven track record in business development and market expansion initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, effective cross-cultural communication skills, and leadership experience.
