Sales Manager Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sales Director at EvueMe Selection Robot in Gurgaon. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in generating and engaging leads within the mass recruitment sector. You will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, product demo scheduling, pipeline management, and data-driven outreach optimization.

  • Lead Generation: Identify companies with high-volume hiring needs (e.g., 1000+ employees) and high attrition rates.
  • Prospect Engagement: Utilize various channels to connect with potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations about our recruitment platform.
  • Product Demo Scheduling: Persuade qualified prospects to book demos, highlighting our platform's capabilities in transforming hiring efficiency.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Outreach Optimization: Analyze metrics to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize engagement.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or HR tech sales role, with a focus on lead generation and/or inside sales.
  • Proven success in generating leads and engaging prospects in the recruitment or HR tech space.
