  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Advise business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
  • Interact with clients to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand technology trends and how they affect clients' business areas.
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

As an experienced professional in HR system implementation and management, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements, design solutions, configure and implement key Employee Central Time functions.
  • Guide customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and solution reviews.
