Job Description

As a Systems Design Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Your role involves guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and design solutions within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  • Offer guidance and support to stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Advise on business process improvement initiatives related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and conclude project blueprints, configurations, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Analyze complex business process requirements in detail.
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand the technology landscape and its impact on clients' businesses; identify trends associated with the technology functional area and industries, and communicate the value proposition for clients to adapt to new technologies.
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to address these issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.
  • Able to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead projects from conception to implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module and its configuration.
  • Understanding of HR processes and their optimization using technology.
