We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior SuccessFactors Engineer.

As a key member of our Platform Team, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation and minor configuration of our SuccessFactors system. This includes managing larger or more complex changes/enhancements through projects with AMS Providers and prioritizing enhancements/changes agreed upon with the SuccessFactors Product Owner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Larger or more complex changes/enhancements are managed as projects with AMS Providers.
  • We manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements/changes agreed with the SuccessFactors Product Owner.
  • These changes go through a standard Development, Test, Release cycle by the Platform Team involving AMS providers.
  • The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer conducts minor fixes, developments/enhancements and activates new features according to an agreed plan/roadmap for delivery into Live Service.
  • We set systems administration requirements, communication, and system security administration to minimize risk of security breaches and other vulnerabilities.
  • The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer ensures HR and Finance systems adhere to organizational processes, policies, local regulations, and guidelines.
  • The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer manages renewals of certificates, acts on release notes, and performs root cause analysis for production errors.
  • We investigate & resolve technical issues, rolling out fixes/upgrades to software as needed.
  • We ensure 3-tier environments remain aligned and that any code or configuration changes follow our standard lifecycle approach.
  • Technical documentation is updated to keep it current and in line with configuration changes made.
  • We liaise with SAP core product support (SuccessFactors) and Application Management Services for expert issue resolution.

Our ideal candidate has significant experience working with SuccessFactors Core product (Employee Central), strong technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform integration and wider integration technologies, delivering integrations using SAP Technology, including Integration Suite, SuccessFactors, etc., possessing experience of operating a SAP center of excellence, proven experience in application integration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment, good programming skills in at least one language (JAVA, C, C++) as well as SQL and XML, a systematic approach to troubleshooting integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to improve Colliers IT Services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in application integration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
