About the position
Location: Bengaluru, India
This role, reporting into the SuccessFactors HRIT Lead will be responsible for contributing to the multi-year strategic action plan for future progression and deployment of our HR systems. This role will lead the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service excellence solutions that align with future business needs and technical priorities as well as ongoing business as usual activities.
This role will work collaboratively with the global HR team and HR colleagues in the markets and lead projects to ensure SuccessFactors meets Flora Food Group's requirements to have a user friendly, intuitive efficient HR system for all users.

- rive HR Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of core HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, contributing to Flora's mission of building a Better Plant-Based Future.
- Own System Excellence: Manage day-to-day SuccessFactors operations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements across HRIT services and processes.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with global HR teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
- Lead Transformation Projects: Execute full lifecycle HR technology programs, manage change requests, and support strategic HR system deployments.
- Bring Expertise & Passion: Ideal candidates have 2+ years of SuccessFactors experience, EC certification, strong stakeholder management skills, and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
