Job Description:

SAP CPI 

Experience required:  5-7 years

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CPI development.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in developing and configuring iFlows in SAP CPI.
  • Experience with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols.
  • Experience with API management concepts.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory.
  • Develop and maintain integration scenarios, including data mapping, transformation, and routing.
  • Work with SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Configure and manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms.
  • Implement error handling and monitoring solutions to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices.
  • Work with Active Directory and understand the processes of user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
