Job OverviewThe HR Technology teams design, implement, and continuously enhance global systems, data, reporting, and analytics platforms. They develop custom reports to meet business needs, monitor system performance, and provide technology solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze system configurations and data flow between systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze HRIS requirements, develop, and implement various HRIS solutions, procedures.
- Identify system enhancements and propose solutions to the business.
- Troubleshoot production issues, including problem research and analysis, performing steps for resolution.
- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries related to processes and HR Systems.
- Support project needs with test scenarios and test cases.
- Review and test system releases for global HR applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of overall IT HRIS experience with 2-3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ability to handle and work in a global support environment.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central Data Models, Picklists Management, Organization, Pay, and Job Structures Management, Country Specific fields, CSF customization, Self Service, ESS, MSS, Transactions Configuration, EC Position Management, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Mass load data conversions, etc.
- Experience with Reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
