Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

In this key role, the successful candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of system administration, troubleshooting, and scripting, with experience in Linux, VMware, and cron scheduling for backups. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing).

The role also requires basic knowledge on ITIL, UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault, and installation of packages, patch management, and upgrades.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of languages such as Shell scripting, Python, Perl, and knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement integrations requested by internal teams and customers.
  • Provide level 2 technical support and queries coming from internal teams.
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, deploy updates and fixes.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on skills in system administration, troubleshooting, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
