About the Role:
- The Assignment Support Associate plays a crucial role in assessing timesheets and expenses, working closely with sales/contractors for corrections, and receiving timely approvals from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
- Review expense sheets, verify receipts, and ensure final amount tallies.
- Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
- Analyze data to manage payroll-related queries and prepare an in-depth overview of issues.
- Process emails received in shared inboxes in line with deadlines and urgency levels, responding within 24 hours.
- Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing conventions required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
- Work according to payroll schedules to avoid payment delays.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency in timesheet and expense review processes.
