Job Title: Fiscal Management Specialist

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Invoice Processor is responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to the company's expenses. This role ensures that invoices are accurately recorded, approved on time, maintaining strong vendor relationships and upholding financial transparency.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AP activities, including PO/Non-PO based invoice processing in ERP (QAD & COUPA preferred), labour & freight invoice processing, customs duty advance & knock-off booking, TDS & TDS Return data, and BRS (Bank Reconcialtion).
  2. Analytical Skills: Ability to drive automation in AP activities using analytical skills and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and management.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI & Excel Micro, with ability to learn new software applications quickly.
