Job Title: IT Service Management Specialist

The IT Service Management (ITSM) specialist will design and implement ITSM tools, ensuring they meet business requirements and are integrated with other applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize ITSM applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
  • Configure Application UI and Workflow
  • Interact with clients and participate in client discussions for requirements gathering and planning
  • Design and build applications, providing integration to other applications and platforms
  • Collaborate with System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input for configuration implementation and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in ITSM tool architecture and implementation (7-10 years)
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Cherwell ITSM, DataDog, Flexara One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, Splunk, Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration
