Job Description

As a technology domain specialist, you will contribute to the planning and execution of moderately complex initiatives. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domains.

You will review technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving issues and leading teams to meet client needs or potential new clients.

Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers will be essential in resolving technical challenges and achieving goals. You will lead projects, act as escalation points, and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domains.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Spark (Apache Spark or PySpark), big query (GCP) and UNIX experience software enterprise application development. They will use continuous integration and delivery when developing code. Experience in banking/financial technology domain is preferred.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement modernized and sustainable technology roadmaps.
  • Implement software solutions based on technical requirements.
  • Actively contribute to building next-generation solutions for commercial banking services, digital & payment channels, enhancing service levels of current solutions.
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software according to standards, policies, procedures, security, and compliance requirements.
