Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our reporting function by handling international accounts.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, utilizing their skills to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Posting and reconciling financial transactions in Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Managing sales ledger and purchase ledger accounts.
  • Raising invoices for sales and preparing payments for approval.
  • Closing the month-end accounting cycle and generating reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Proficiency in English communication and strong analytical skills.
