Financial Coordinator Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

  • Provide critical administrative support to our financial operations team by managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and organizing compliance documentation.
  • Assist in transaction closings by tracking deliverables, coordinating internal and external schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the development of business strategies by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting documents received from borrowers and organize them in our centralized system.
  • Assist with document drafting, including cover letters, signature pages, and basic templates.
  • Participate in process improvements by assessing policies and procedures and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
