Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Share Transfer Specialist to join our team. As a Share Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating share transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Share Transfer Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
