Marketing and Brand Development Professional

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive to spearhead the development of our food brand. This role will be pivotal in driving marketing efforts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and fostering customer engagement across both digital and offline platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, with expertise in digital and offline marketing tools, including Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, and BTL.
  • Strong communication, execution, and timeline management skills are essential for this position, along with a creative mindset and an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment are also crucial requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field is required, with 6-12 months experience in a marketing role preferably in the food, FMCG, events, or startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales through both digital and offline channels.
  2. Work closely with city business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  3. Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  5. Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to boost product reach.
  6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  7. Build strong understanding of brand and maintain brand consistency across all touch points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, or startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, execution, and timeline management skills.
  • Strong understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators.
  • Experience working with food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods, etc.).
