As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate yourself on the technical solutions and platforms that we utilize.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop project scope plans and documentation.
  • Facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely workflows and deadlines to guarantee project goals are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and professional communication.
  • Guarantee that project plans meet SLAs and KPI expectations for costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow processes for documenting client work and interactions using tools like Salesforce and OpenAir.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is desirable.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience in the talent management industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and workload prioritization.
