The role of a Delivery Manager is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within their planned scope, schedule, and timeline.

  • Key responsibilities include creating project schedules, defining project deliverables based on project scope, tracking and managing project milestones and customer-reported issues, communicating status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, establishing project schedules, coordinating task assignments, providing reporting, collecting client settings for configurations, validating configuration settings, managing progress on gap items, and delivering product implementations for clients.

We seek a highly skilled professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, desire to learn and progress into project management, ownership to drive projects to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or equivalent role in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
