Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Project Manager within our team, responsible for delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required standards, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Experience with cost management and budgeting software, such as Excel or SAP.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 or BS EN ISO 14001.
