Climate Change and Sustainability Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of sustainability and climate change.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute projects, collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines. You will support sustainability-related advisory or assurance projects associated with systems implementations and business process transformation.
You will also share your subject matter expertise to support the development of thought leadership on sustainability processes and controls, and create customized solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable institution. They will also have at least 8 years of experience in a consulting background, research think tank, or environment and sustainability-related areas.
The successful candidate will possess excellent team & engagement management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. They will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear messages with stakeholders.
Additionally, they will have flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
