Student Counselor Role

About the Opportunity:

We seek a dedicated and results-driven Student Counselor to lead our student engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, conducting counseling sessions, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.

  • Understand students' educational goals, challenges, and motivations through targeted outreach.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to guide students in their decision-making process and foster long-term relationships.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, driving lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Promote and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques, focusing on added value and personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective follow-up strategies that drive enrollments and achieve business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in EdTech sales or inside sales, preferably in a B2C education-focused environment, with a track record of success in meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach while maintaining a strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, and navigate complex conversations with ease.
  • A self-starter mindset, passion for education, and commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
